rompatcher.pro gives you a browser tool and a set of articles. You choose the files. You confirm you have the right to use them. The site does not grant you a license to any game. A successful patch is a transformed file on your machine. It is not permission from a publisher.
The engine is Marc Robledo's Rom Patcher JS under the MIT license. That license disclaims warranty. I disclaim it again in plain language: the tool can fail, a hash page can be outdated, and a guide can miss a revision. If you need a guaranteed result, do not rely on this site. The editorial policy explains how claims are sourced. It is not a service level agreement.
Do not use the site to attack someone else, to host a dump, or to send me files you do not have rights to. Automated scraping that degrades the origin is not welcome. Linking to a page is fine. Replacing the credit to Marc Robledo is not, because the license requires the notice to stay with the engine.
These terms can change with the changelog date. Continuing to use the site after a dated change is the acceptance I can actually observe. Contact is [email protected]. Governing interpretation of the copyright notice procedure is described on the DMCA page and points at US law for that procedure only.
