Patch ROMs on your device

The browser path is the same on Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, and iOS: open the home page, choose the base, choose the patch, save the output. I recommend that before any install. Native tools earn their place when the file is huge, when you are creating a patch, or when the phone browser cannot see the folder you use. This page is the map. Windows and Mac have detail guides for their desktop patchers. Android, iOS, Linux, and Steam Deck stay as sections here.

Android: unpack with the system picker or ZArchiver, then either the browser or UniPatcher. UniPatcher is GPL-3.0, version 0.19 dated 13 Oct 2026, by Boris Timofeev. The Play listing checked on 7 November 2026 showed a 4.0 score, about 8.55 thousand ratings, and a 1 million plus install bucket. That is one store listing, so I call it one source. I do not suggest random APKs named ROM patcher. The xperia64 Android port is a separate GPL-3.0 project at version 2.16 and is not UniPatcher.

iOS: files live in the Files app, and Safari can run the browser tool if the files are visible to it. Delta and Manic Emu are emulators people name in search. I do not have a checked version for either, so I am not printing one. Linux and Steam Deck can use the browser or the same desktop tools that build on Linux: Flips, Delta Patcher, and xdelta3. A Steam Deck is a Linux PC with a different screen, not a new patch format.

Windows detail and Mac detail pages cover SmartScreen, Gatekeeper, and the native programs. Related pages: those two, the tools index, and the safety page if an installer is asking for more than a file picker.

Questions

Is there an official phone app from this site?

No. Use the browser. UniPatcher is a separate Android project with its own author and license.

Can I patch on Android without installing an APK?

Yes. Open the browser patcher, select files available through the system picker, and save the output. Extract an archive first if the browser cannot read it.
